hey gal!! glad u did so well for your run... so happie for you that u completed your very first biathalon...

wow... i really admire your determination... and your strength to actually take part in a race.. plus that enormous amount of courage.. *full of admiration*

it's definitely something i can't do.. just for plain exercise... i already cant stick to plans.. let alone training for a race like that..
